Photographer Anthony Duran, a partner in Ducato Studios, announced Savage's death on social media on July 3."I am still in shock and having a hard time finding the words to write this. As a handsome, pansexual muscle daddy, Dale started his career at 50 years old. He quickly rose to become a true superstar in the industry. He absolutely loved his work and collaborated with some of the top studios and actors. After a busy and successful career, he retired about three years ago to enjoy a quiet life in Vail, Colorado. Love never dies. Until we meet again," the statement reads.Savage was a fireman before joining the adult entertainment industry at 50 years old. After filming content for about a decade, he decided to retire and live a quiet life in Colorado. Lane Rogers, Seth Peterson, Colton Ford, and other notable models have also passed away in recent months.Adult models and fans of Savage's are now sharing sweet messages following the news, with some calling him a "sweet man with a big heart," as "talented, warm, and genuinely kind."
