Before we dive in, Garcia says there are two important things to keep in mind. First, to remember to buy and use toys safely. Don’t buy sex toys from unverified retailers because they may produce toxic toys, and make sure to buy toys made of medical-grade silicone. When it comes to cleaning, make sure to clean them before and after every use. Secondly, she says to remember that this is meant to be play. “Incorporating toys will probably come with some trial and error and that’s okay, stay open minded and try to have fun while you explore.
